Installing Mods on MAC?

Without starting a huge mac vs pc flame war...

I've been searching and searching on how to install mods on gtasa on my mac.

I have sa running through Cider on my mac osx 10.4.6, the game works fine. I just can't seem to figure out how I would go about installing mods, even manually.

I tried running SAMI and GGMM through Cider, but those didn't work, neither did IMG Tool 2.0. Wondering if there's mac versions of those floating around somewhere..

If someone could point me to a tutorial for mac users I'd appreciate it, or am I just going to have to suck it up and go play on my windows machine?

Welcome!

Well, gaming on Mac is a pretty delicate mission. You're lucky if GTA SA works at all. When it comes to modding it definitely gonna be more complicated.

The tools are scripted by normal guys with knowledge of programming instead by Software-Companies. So there will be no guarantee at all if it works on Mac.

Nevertheless try Spark. It's an alternative IMG-Tool. Of course I'm not sure if it will work...
