Xploder Cheat Software - Anyone used it?

Hi, need some advice.

Has anyone tried Xploder software for GTA before? Not sure I'm ever gonna complete single player with going online all the time.
Says it unlocks 100% single player completion and you just need a USB stick.

Has anyone used it? On Facebook it's saying it's 99p at the moment so worth a try? Thanks.

We don't really like cheaters here, you know.
I'm not sure why you'd want to pay money for it though, for PC all mod tools etc are free.
