GTA SA, sideways gravity for PC?

I've always wanted a mod or program as you can control the sideways gravity I know its possible on ps2. And I think it's possible for PC to. You can see what i men in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IG6wgKojMMs
It would be a very nice and funny thing if someone can make a mod like that :P

maybe it is possible with a cleo 3 script or whatever.

can someone tell me if it is possible or not, and if a mod like this exist to PC?

EDIT: I founded a .scm file as maybe can help, its a file form a sa mp hack that makes the veichle you are in to fly straight ahead at the direction you drive on
