Car Mod Help :( Ik heb hulp nodig! :(

I just used a car installer for Vice City and I'm trying to add the Nissan Skyline and its suppose to replace the Sabre Turbo and at the end it says it is successful but when I go on the game, I go to Sunshine auto's to find the car and the Sabre Turbo look is still there. Can anyone help?

Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van een auto installer voor Vice City en ik probeer om de Nissan Skyline en zijn veronderstel ter vervanging van de Sabre Turbo en aan het eind zij zegt dat het is gelukt maar als ik ga op het spel, ik ga naar Sunshine Auto's vinden van de auto en de Sabre Turbo look is er nog steeds. Kan iemand helpen?
