I've seen it in a deviantART page, it seems like the guy who made it is called "Sydney" or something like that. I've it searched for hours, and I can't find it.



There's another one, which seems to be the same but without the hat, I've got it already, but I want the one with the hat.

The GTA vise city is the game which have huge popularity and the game have many sorts of characters and the discussion also. Anybody has the skin and assignment geek the hero in the red coat is with the gun and the weapon is for fight.
