Someone should make a mod or tutorial that shows how to make a custom playlist in GTA sa on Huawei p8 lite but I think you would have to root the phone first for that

You should be able to create a playlist called "GTASA" in the music app on your device. Once you're in a vehicle, just select the custom radio station and your music should play. I can't confirm this, though, as I don't own an Android smartphone.
