Roll down windows/Invisible NOS tanks?

i have been playing a modded gta sa since it came out for pc! But i have had an OCD issue with not being able to put my windows down!!! I also cant stand the nitro tanks in certain cars, it just looks awful!!! I have no clue how to go about either of these or id do it myself.. but if anyone knows where i can find a mod for either or these it would be greatly appreciated! plz someone help, i hate having to try and get carjacked to get my window rolled down.. how do u shoot out of the car!? Lol
