AT&T is giving facility of using two email accounts which is quite an appreciative thing. It is very uncommon facility that is being provided by the https://realtybiznews.com/5-reasons-...atch/98755118/ full heatedly and with so convenience.

Manually Configure Internet Mail

To set up a new email account manually, in the Add New Email Account dialog box, do the following:

Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types> Next.
Select POP or IMAP> Next.
In the User Information section, specify the following data:
In the Name field, enter your full name.
In the Email Address field, enter your full email address.

Note. This data is provided by your Internet service provider.
On the Server Information page, in the Account Type field, select the type of email account to use. If you selected POP3 or IMAP in the Account Type field, specify the following parameters:
in the Incoming server field, enter the server name in lower case. The name may be in the form "mail.contoso.com". The name can also take the form of an IP address: 172.12.0.0.
In the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field, enter the name of the outgoing mail server. The name may be in the form "mail.contoso.com". The name can also take the form of an IP address: 172.12.0.0.
In the Login field, specify the following parameters:
in the Username field, enter the username. This is usually the part of the email address to the left of the @ symbol. Some ISPs require you to provide a complete email address. Contact your Internet service provider if necessary.
In the Password field, enter the password provided by your Internet service provider.
If you want Outlook to save the email account password, select the Remember password check box.
If your ISP requires that a secure password check is performed at logon, select the Secure Password Check (SPA) check box.
Click Verify Account Settings. When you click the Check account settings button, the following actions occur:
Confirms the computer’s Internet connection;
Logging on to the SMTP server
Logging on to the POP3 server
If you must first log on to the POP3 server, Outlook automatically sets the Log on to incoming mail server option before sending
a test message is sent. This post describes the changes made to the initial installation of Outlook.
Click Next> Finish.
