Please help with camera angle, car mod

Hi everybody, i have downloaded lots of Skylines mods because is my favorite car, but in everyone i have the same problem, the camera view is very close to the street, in other words, the car itself doesnt allow me to see the road, how can a fix this? i want a more "upper" view, thanx

I don't have any idea about this private tours washington dc. Hope it is something related to the game. I am not that much interested in the game and I don't have any clue about the game you have discussed here. Please add more information about the game.
