Versuch mal Vice City und VC:MP im Kompatibilitäts-Modus - Windows XP SP3 und als Admin zu starten. So sollte eigentlich alles ohne Probleme funktionieren. (Viel mehr anders habe ich nämlich nicht gemacht)
