What does the handling line numbers stands for?
here is an example

FUTO 1400.0 8.0 85 0.0 0.1 -0.1 0.0 5 0.20 1.0 140.0 0.23 0.65 0.7 35.0 1.35 1.15 13.5 0.15 0.48 1.8 1.1 1.1 0.15 -0.14 0.0 0.5 1.0 1.0 0.8 1.5 0.0 14000 440000 0 0

I think the first 1400.0 is weight and the 140.0 is top speed and the 5 is the gear count but what about the others? Please help me :S
